Ziggy Tech Soluções em Nuvem LTDA (Brazilian CNPJ 61.258.340/0001-01), registered at Florianópolis, SC, Brasil, is the controller of personal data processed through azurecertified.com, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

• Account: email and, if you sign in with Google, the name and photo associated with your Google account.
• Product usage: question answers, exam attempt history, flashcard progress, and comments you post in question discussions.
• Purchases: which exam was bought and the payment processor's transaction reference (Stripe or AbacatePay). Never card numbers or sensitive payment data, which stay exclusively with those processors.
• Free sample: if you take the free quiz without an account, we collect the email you provide and your quiz result.
• Local preferences: theme (light/dark) and language (EN/PT), stored in your browser (localStorage/cookie), not on our servers.
• Analytics: aggregated, anonymous usage data via Vercel Analytics, with no individual identification.

To provide your account and access to purchased exams, calculate your competency-based performance report, process refunds, respond to support emails, and, where applicable, send communications about your purchase or the product.

We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf:

• Supabase: database hosting and authentication.
• Stripe: USD (card) payment processing.
• AbacatePay: BRL (Pix) payment processing.
• Vercel: application hosting and aggregate analytics.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil (US/Europe), as permitted under the LGPD for international transfers with adequate protection safeguards.

You may request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to that data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability to another provider, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@azurecertified.com.

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the email above.
